"In Motion" is a collection of new work that is currently hanging for the month of October at Christopher's restaurant in Malvern, PA. The paintings depict the people who work at Christopher's doing their jobs in an environment that is friendly and fast-paced. I have always been intrigued by the activity in a commercial kitchen where the movements of the cooks are quick and efficient among the gleaming stainless steel pots on a hot stove. I want to give you a peek of what goes on behind the scenes when you dine. Capturing the fast pace of the wait staff was essential--there is so much more to dining out than a tasty meal.
